Check-in
- From: 3:00 PM
- Guests are required to show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
- Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.
- Early check-in is subject to availability (additional fees may apply).
Check-out
- Until: 10:00 AM
- Late check-out is subject to availability (Complimentary for direct bookings).
Age Restriction
- The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Cancellation & Prepayment
- Cancellation, amendment, prepayment and no-show policies vary by accommodation type and rate plan. Please review the specific terms selected at the time of booking.
- Bookings made through an online travel agent are subject to the cancellation and payment conditions shown by that travel agent and in the booking confirmation.
Children & Extra Beds
- Child Policy: Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 11 and older are charged as adults.
- Cots (Ages 0–2): Free upon request (subject to availability).
- Extra Beds (Ages 3+): €50 per person, per night upon request (subject to availability).
- Note: Maximum capacity for cots and extra beds depends on the room or villa type selected.
Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms, villas and indoor common areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed.
Parties & Quiet Hours
- Parties and events are not permitted unless approved in advance.
- Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
